Our stay had its ups and downs. The rooms were not prepared for our pet as expected due to the public holiday but were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The service was a mix of very attentive and helpful staff with the exception of a rude receptionist. The location was spacious and convenient, close to most Sentosa attractions but with some shortcomings like pool management. The dining options were limited, especially for Halal food, and the timing was not always accurate. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were superbly comfortable with quirky touches, but they felt a bit small and old. The service, provided by friendly and courteous staff, was the best thing going for this place, although there were instances of disappointment like giving our breakfast table to others. The location was not the most user-friendly but close to Sentosa attractions and offered a peaceful environment with peacocks wandering around. The dining, while overpriced for just one breakfast set, stood out with exceptional quality. Overall, a nice stay with some ups and downs.

The service staff really goes above and beyond, making the vacation personal, and the lush surroundings by the swimming pool and green trees add to the enjoyment. The location is convenient for most activities, though a bit distant, and the dining experience is excellent at Sofitel Sentosa with a variety of stations and organic jams. The overall experience promises a return visit, suitable for those who value luxury at a reasonable price.

I had a splendid stay at Sofitel Sentosa from 7th to 13th September. The hotel was luxurious and perfect, with dust-free rooms and beautiful surroundings. The service provided by the fantastic crew, especially Jian Li from housekeeping, made my R and R truly memorable. The location, including the Cliff restaurant and tranquil setting, was my favorite part of the stay. The dining experience was good but could be improved, and the facilities were top-notch.
Staying in the Luxury King Suite was a surprising experience. The rooms mostly overlook the garden with pool and seaview from the restaurants.
The resort offers a beautifully luxurious experience with friendly service, ideal for celebrating special occasions or a relaxing escape. The dining could improve with more variety, but the location amidst lush greenery and water features is truly exceptional.
