Our stay had its ups and downs. The rooms were not prepared for our pet as expected due to the public holiday but were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The service was a mix of very attentive and helpful staff with the exception of a rude receptionist. The location was spacious and convenient, close to most Sentosa attractions but with some shortcomings like pool management. The dining options were limited, especially for Halal food, and the timing was not always accurate. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.

I had a splendid stay at Sofitel Sentosa from 7th to 13th September. The hotel was luxurious and perfect, with dust-free rooms and beautiful surroundings. The service provided by the fantastic crew, especially Jian Li from housekeeping, made my R and R truly memorable. The location, including the Cliff restaurant and tranquil setting, was my favorite part of the stay. The dining experience was good but could be improved, and the facilities were top-notch.
